I don’t know about you, but I’m not the most organized crafter. I tend to have yarn and hooks all over the house. My husband keeps telling me that we must live in my work space because I pretty much have craft supplies in every room of the house.
Recently my friends over at Mollie Ollie sent me their Mimmo Caddy to try and it has been the perfect solution to my crafty chaos. I’ve been using it to hold all my current crochet projects, my crochet hooks and notions and even some snacks!
I love that it is made of sturdy felt so it keeps its shape even when nothing is in it. It also comes with inserts that Velcro into place so I can easily keep my yarn or fabrics separated. There is a zippered compartment with elastic straps which are great for holding my scissors, tape measure and crochet hooks. Not all of my hooks are short enough to fit in there, so I have some in the little slide pockets all along the outside of the caddy. Those pockets are so convenient! I also love that it has handles. I can easily move my projects around the house or even to the car without having to repack everything.
I definitely recommend getting a Mimmo Caddy if you need an easy way to organize your crochet or crafty projects. I may even use it to keep my fabrics and zippers organized when I make my project pouches. The options are endless!
